Rule 27
Testing of goods
: (1) According to sub-section (1) of section 34 of the Act, when sending a sample of any goods to the laboratory for testing, according to the nature of such goods, the required quantity of samples shall be collected and sealed in a container or packet according to the prescribed standards for laboratory testing.
(2) The sample of the item collected as per sub-rule (1) shall be sealed in the following manner:-
(a) Sealing the container or packet in such a way that it will not leak or come out without affecting the quality or quantity of the container or packet, (c) The name, quantity, code number and code number (code number) of the item placed outside the container or packet for testing shall be clearly mentioned and signed by the person related to the collected item and the inspection officer, stating the date.
(3) If the item taken as a sample according to this rule is spent or wasted during the laboratory test, if the spent or wasted item can be reused, such item shall be compensated and returned to the relevant producer or seller.
(2) The sample of the item collected as per sub-rule (1) shall be sealed in the following manner:-
